Nestled right along the picturesque Cannon Hill Park, our Cannon Colonial Project is a beautifully restored home that exudes timeless charm. We designed the landscaping  meticulously to complement the historic character of the house while maintaining the classic style of the neighborhood. The standout feature of the front yard is the swooping front walk that gracefully leads to a circular patio, creating a welcoming and elegant entrance. A majestic Japanese Maple, which has stood on the property long before Blend Outdoor’s involvement, serves as a stunning focal point, casting its graceful branches over the front yard. We chose a paver that perfectly matches the aesthetic, drawing inspiration from the nearby cobblestone streets reminiscent of the original South Hill. These elements have been thoughtfully integrated into both the front and back yard spaces, creating a seamless blend of old-world charm and modern functionality. 

The planting palette was selected to be more formal, with a diverse mix of textures that will only enhance as the plants mature. Additional features include a new porch, ambient night lighting, and mature plantings, all set in a neighborhood known for its vibrant community of walkers. The Cannon Colonial Project is a testament to the enduring beauty of classic design, thoughtfully updated for modern living.
