Nestled near the shores of Lake Coeur d’Alene, It’s 5 O’Clock in Cougar Bay harmonizes functional landscape design with the surrounding natural beauty. Completed in June 2024, this project transformed the property into a seamless blend of manicured lawns and native grass, incorporating deer-resistant plantings with vibrant textures and colors.

To overcome the challenges of clay soil, over 200 cubic yards of material were imported, ensuring a thriving, lasting landscape. The design balances native plant groupings with structured layouts near the home, tying the architecture to the environment.

A standout feature is the water feature above the pool house. Crafted with regional materials, it offers year-round beauty, enhanced by a leaning pine tree that feels naturally placed. This project perfectly illustrates our dedication to blending thoughtful design with nature’s elegance.
